Returns and Refunds Policy

My customers’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.

A return or exchange may be requested within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, with original tag still attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide your original receipt.

To request a return or exchange you can contact me by email at delicatedesignsjbj@gmail.com. Once your request has been received and reviewed you will be notified via email of my decision within 24 hours.  If a return or exchanged is approved, you will be given instructions as to where to send your item and approximate time for refund or exchange.

Please examine your order upon receipt for defect or incorrect item.  If an issue is discovered please contact me immediately via email at delicatedesignsjbj@gmail.com so I can make it right. In order to expedite the repair or replacement of your item you will be asked to ship the return to me via standard shipping  with the shipping receipt in the return. I will reimburse you for the standard shipping cost when I return your item or exchange to you.

 Most items can be repaired within 24 hours of item receipt and shipped back to you on the next business day. If more time will be required you will be notified of the reason and time frame immediately.

If more than 30 days has passed since the purchase of your item due to unforeseen circumstances and you need service please contact me so we can discuss the issue.
