Shipping Policy

Delicate Designs Jewelry by Janet offers free shipping on orders over $35.00 before tax.  We will ship your item in a secure and timely manner. We offer U.S.P.S. And UPS delivery services. If you need it quicker than standard shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to get a cost estimate for expedited shipping for you.

                                                                               In Stock Items

In stock items will be shipped via standard shipping within 24 hours of receipt of order except for weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is received during one of these mentioned times, the order will ship on the first business day following receipt of order.

                                                                          Special Order Items

If a special order is placed we will  do our very best to complete and ship the order within 24 hours of order processing. If we are unable to do so, you will be notified via email with an updated time frame. We will not begin completing your order until we receive confirmation that you accept the new order time frame.

We will send you an email notification with tracking information if applicable once your order ships.
